You might have noticed that there has been an explosion of cupcake recipes lately. And it all started with easy oreo cupcakes. I never came out and said this but, I had a fear of frosting cupcakes. Not like a ‘I think the cupcake is going to bite my hand off’ fear. Like a ‘I don’t know how to pipe frosting and it looks scary, what if I mess it up’ kind of fear.
