n 1. Heat a non stick pan or wok on medium high heat.nn nn 2. Add oil, when hot add the onions saute for 1 min, add the spring onions and bell peppers and saute for 2 mins.nn nn 3. In the same pan move the veggies to one side, add the eggs on the other half side and scramble them. Also mix the veggies in between.
