Ingredients

2 Cups Chopped Coconut pieces

1 Cup Coriander (Cilantro Leaves) Leaves

1/4 Cup Roasted Chana Dal (Putnala Pappu)

1/2 Teaspoon Shahijeera

1 inch Piece Cinnamon

5 Cardamoms

2 Cloves

8 - 10 Kabab chini

4 Green Chillies or to Taste

2 - 3 Tablespoon Oil

1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Put all the ingredients except oil in a grinder/ blender. Grind to a little coarse paste. It should not be too smooth and too coarse.nn 2. Make Kebabs of desired shapes.nn 3. Heat a  nonstick frying pan on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook the kebabs on medium low heat 5 mins on each side. Fry them in batches.nn 4. If kebabs brake during make, grind some more roasted chana dal and add to the mixture, it acts as binding agent.nn 5. Serve it hot with rice and sambhar/ dal. n
