2 tbsps clarified butter (ghee) + more for greasing

1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat, add clarified butter and allow it to melt.nn 2. Add the milk powder and condensed milk and lower the heat.nn 3. Keep stirring, later add cardamom & almond powder and cook on low heat till it becomes a thick paste.nn 4. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool a bit till it can be handled with the hands.nn 5. Grease your hands with clarified butter and make the pedas into desired shape and garnish with almonds.nn 6. If the mixture is getting dried up sprinkle some milk and knead well.nn Note:nn 1. To make almond powder, blanch the almonds for 1 - 2 minutes, immediatly wash with cold water. Take off the skin and pulse in a grinder to powder.nn 2. Store these pedas in refrigerator.nn 3. Almond powder can be increased or decreased as per choice.nn n
