This easy, creamy, delicious homemade mac and cheese recipe is the best!

Ingredients

1 lb Macaroni

3 cups water

1 tsp salt

2 cups evaporated milk

8 ounces Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese grated

8 ounces Cabot New York Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese grated

1 cup panko bread crumbs

3 TBSP butter melted

1 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp paprika

Cooking Procedure

n n n Add macaroni, water, and salt to a large skillet. Place over high heat and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes or until the water has cooked down. Stir consistently.n n n n Add evaporated milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted completely.n n n n Pour into a greased baking dish.n n n n In a small bowl, mix topping ingredients until well combined. Generously sprinkle over macaroni.n n n n Place dish under a low broiler for 5 minutes or until golden brown and serve immediately.n nn
