Ingredients

2 Small Sized Carrots Chopped with Skin Peeled Off

1 Small Cup Pineapple Pieces

1/4 Tea Spoon Pepper

Pinch of Salt

250ml Water

Cooking Procedure

Add Carrot, Pineapple pieces, Water to the blender and make juice of it. Transfer the juice to a glass and add Sallt, Pepper.Tastes very good, good for digestion.
