Samosa is a fried pastry made by spiced mashed potatoes stuffed inside a flour pastry.
200 g all purpose flour
1)2 teaspoon carrom seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon ghee
4 to 5 boiled potatoes
3 teaspoon green peas
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Coriander seeds
1 teaspoon green chilli
1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon chat masala
1/3 teaspoon salt
