About Recipe

This recipe for mushroom Wellington is an update of one of the very first recipes I published on this blog. The first version used fairly similar ingredients for the filling and a buttery shortcrust pastry for the wrapping. You can get that recipe for Mushroom Wellington here. whole grain spelt flour

avocado flesh

very hot water

ground flaxseed

brown mushrooms

red onion

garlic

drinkable dry white wine

vegetable stock paste

rolled oats

walnuts

fresh herbs

ground black pepper

frozen spinach

lemon, juice only

Stilton

extra virgin olive oil

Greek yoghurt

egg

sesame seeds

dried oregano
