Tomato Onion Raita

Ingredients

2 Medium Sized Cups Yogurt / Curd

2 Big Tomatoes Cut into Fine Small Pieces without Seed

3 Medium Sized Onions Cut into Fine Small Pieces

3 Green Chillies Cut into Fine Small Pieces

1 Tea Spoon Chopped Coriander Leaves

1 Tea Spoon Chopped Mint Leaves

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

Cooking Procedure

Add Salt to the Yogurt and mix well.

Add Cut Green Chillie, Tomato, Onion Pieces, Coriander & Mint Leaves to the Yogurt and mix well. Add little Water if the yogurt is too thick.

Tastes good with Biryani or Bagara Rice
