Thotakura (Amaranth) Leaves Curry

Ingredients

4 Cups Thotakura (Amaranth) Leaves Cut into Pieces with Stems

8 Garlic Finely Chopped into Small Pieces

2 Medium Sized Onions Finely Chopped

8 Red Chilly Pieces

1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

3 Table Spoons Oil

Cooking Procedure

Add Oil to a pan and let it heat.Add Red Chilly, Chopped Onions, Garlic pieces to the hot oil.Add Thotakura (Amaranth) Leaves, Turmeric & Salt after Onion turns golden brown color.

Let the leaves cook on low heat until the water in it is completely absorbed and the leaves are well cooked.
