Ingredients

4 Cups Cut Cauliflower (Gobi)

1/2 Tea Spoon Pepper Powder

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

3 Table Spoons Edible Oil

Cooking Procedure

Add Oil to the Pan and let it heat. Add cleaned Cauliflower (Gobi) to the hot oil and cook it on medium heat covering with a lid.

Keep gently mixing until Cauliflower (Gobi) turns slightly golden brown and is well cooked.

Add Salt, Pepper. Mix well and take off the heat.

Notes

Tastes good when hot.
