Wipe washed Okra with clean cloth to absorb the water and avoid stickiness.Add Pepper powder and Salt togetherMake a vertical cut in each okra to fill the pepper & salt powder, repeat this for each okra.Add Oil to the frying pan and let it get hot.Add the pepper & salt filled okra to the pan and cook it on low heat by covering with a lid.Gently stir the okra once in a while until the okra is well cooked.Take off the heat once cookedTastes good when served hot.
