Ingredients

3 Big Crabs

5 Medium Sized Onion sliced Vertically

1 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder

Salt to your taste or little above 1/2 tea spoon

1/4 Tea spoon Turmeric Powder

1 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

2 Table Spoon Coconut Powder

8 Garlic Cloves

1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder

1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala Powder (procedure given below)

1 Table Spoon Fresh Coriander Leaves

1/2 Table Spoon Mint Leaves

3 Table Spoons Oil

Cooking Procedure

n n Clean the chopped Crabs and keep them aside.n n Heat Oil in a bowl add Onion slices and cook until they turn golden brown color.n n Add Ginger Garlic paste to Onion mix and let it stay for 2 minutes on low heat.n n Add Turmeric Powder, Crabs, Salt, Red Chilly Powder and mix well. Let it cook for 15 minutes on low heat.n n After 15 minutes add 1 cup of water and let the crabs cook for another 15 minutes on medium heat.n n Grind Coconut Powder, Garlic, Coriander Powder & Garam Masala to blend them well.n n Add this paste to the cooking crabs and let it cook for another 5 minutes.n n Garnish with Coriander & Mint Leaves after the gravy turns to thickness of your choice.nnn Procedure for Making Garam Masala : Grind 1/4 Tea Spoon, 4 Cloves, 4 Cardamoms, 2 small Cinnamon, 8 Pepper pcs, 8 Kababchini pcs to make fine Garam Masala Powder.  n
