Ingredients

3 Medium Sized Cups Grated Carrot

2 Medium Sized Green Chillies Chopped

Salt to taste

1 Lemon

1.5 Table Spoon Urad dal (Minapappu)

2 Table Spoons Chopped Coriander Leaves

3 Red Chillies Broken into Two Pieces

15 Curry Leaves

1/2 Tea Spoon Cumin Seeds (Jeelakarra)

1/2 Tea Spoon Mustard Seeds (Avalu)

1.5 Table Spoon Oil

Cooking Procedure

n n Peel skin off the carrot and grate.n n Add grated Carrot to a bowl, chopped Green Chilly , Coriander Leaves, Salt, Lime Juice (from 1 lemon) and mix well. Keep it aside for later use.n n Heat Oil in a pan and add Cumin Seeds(Jeelakarra), Red Chillies, Curry Leaves to it. n n Saute and add Urad Dal (Minapappu). Wait until Urad Dal turns light golden brown color and take off the heat.n n Add fried oil mixture to the carrot mixture in the bowl and mix well.nnn Tastes good with Steamed Rice & Chapati.n
