Ingredients

4 Cups Bachalikura (Indian Spinach) Cut into Medium Size with Stem

3 Big Tomatoes Sliced Vertically

3 Medium Sized Onion Sliced Vertically

2 Green Chillies Finely Chopped

1 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric

2.5 Table Spoons Edible Oil

Cooking Procedure

Heat Oil in a pan and add Chopped Green Chilly , Sliced Onions. Sauté until Onion turns slight golden brown.

Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric and mix.

Add Bachalikura (Indian Spinach), Salt & Red Chilly Powder to the pan and cook on low heat covering with a lid

After Bachalikura (Indian Spinach) is cooked add Sliced Tomatoes and cook on medium heat.

Turn off the heat after Tomatoes  are well cooked. (Indian Spinach).
