One of the absolute most widely used Punjabi dishes, matar paneer is that a really straightforward dish to prepare and also can be packed with flavours that are rich. Cottage cheese along with clean green beans cooked with spices and onions in ghee into a gravy, is one of my favorite accompaniment using rotis or chapattis that are straightforward. Everything I appreciate about matar paneer is it is fuss to prepare. Some times I incorporate chunks of this all time favourite, aloo (potato) in it! A complete alternative for vegetarians and an excellent one for paneer lovers -- the cabin cheese preparation studded with green peas is now a success.
