Ingredients
1/2 cups - semolina
1 cup - shredded coconut
1 cup - sugar
1/2 cup - water
25 gram - cashew nuts
2 tablespoon - clarified butter
1/4 tsp -green cardamom
Cooking Procedure
n 1. Roast semolina till brown on low heat.nn 2. Add shredded coconut and continue to roast to get greater 5 min.nn 3. Add sugar water into another pan and produce a single string syrup.nn 4. Add roasted semolina, coconut and cardamom powder to this particular syrup and mix well.nn 5. Cover and keep aside for half an hour to cool off.nn 6. Make lemon size balls. For easy rasgulla recipe (Try using equivalent dimensions, needs skill)nn 7. Allow to cool and store. (you can keep this chunk to get at least 15 days in air tight container)nn n
