Ingredients

Bread 4 to 5 slices

2 red tomatoes finely chopped

1 onion chopped

3 no.s of garlic chopped

2 green chillies

1 capsicum chopped

Garam masala powder

Soya sauce

Tomato sauce

Green chilli sauce

Salt

Sugar

Cooking Procedure

Take a bowl and add chopped onion , 1 green chilli chopped , 1 teaspoon soya sauce, and mix together. Now add little salt and the small pieces of bread in the mixture . Mix well and make small balls . If you are unable to make balls ,can add some corn flour into it . Now heat the refined oil in the pan and fry the balls , place them apart. nNow take 2 table spoons of oil in the other pan and heat it, after that add chopped garlic , green chillies and chopped tomatoes together and stir fry for 3 mins, now add capsicum and sautu00e9 for 1 min. After that add little sugar ,salt and garam masala powder into it , after that add tomato sauce and1 teaspoon of green chilli sauce and sautu00e9 together , now add 1/2 cup of water and bring it to thick gravy form, now add the fried manchurian balls into it, keep it for 2 mins over flame .nnnServe hot
