Not sure about ya’ll, but sometimes I have leftover coffee from the morning’s brew, and I just hate tossing it out. Especially, when it’s the amazing beans that I’ve ground and lovingly brewed that come from Coffee on the Porch in Camden, Maine! Dan and Judy are artisan coffee roasters, and I know that some real love has gone into each and every bean. That means great hot coffee and some even more awesome coffee strawberry chiller for later!
An easy chocolate cake that’s moist, delicious and packed full of chocolate.
It can be made in any size of round, square or rectangular tin so you can use whatever tins you have in the cupboard, and can feed a few or a whole crowd.
If I have a favourite curry noodle dish, this is probably the one. Simple ingredients simply prepared yet delivering oodles of flavour in a nutritious way. I used a mix of carrots, fresh corn, and zucchini in this coconut curry noodle dish, but you can use any in-season vegetables of your choice. The fresh veggies are cooked for a short time which means they retain most of their texture, flavour and nutrients. This gluten-free, vegan, coconut curry dish is outstanding!
