green peas in rich gravy makes an ideal accompaniment with roti or nan

Ingredients

green peas 2 cups

Onions 2

Tomatoes 4

cumin powder 1tsp

coriander powder 1tsp

red chilli powder 1tsp

oil 1tbsp

salt

cashewnuts 6

milk 1 tbsp

cream 1tsp

ginger 1inch

garlic 2

Cooking Procedure

n Grind onion, to ato, ginger and garlic to a paste.nn Soak cashew in milk for half an hour and grind to apaste.nn Boil peas and keep aside.nn Take oil in a pan and saute the paste, then add the coriander powder, cumin powder and chilli powder..Later,add cashew paste and salt. Now, add the boiled peas to it and simmer on a low flzme. Add cream and remove from fire.n
