Today I’ve got another salad for you. I just made it as a side dish yesterday and it tasted so good I wanted to share. It’s really light, so perfect for a diet. I served it as a starter, but I think I’ll also have it for lunch tomorrow. My vacation is in three weeks and my body is as far from perfect as one can imagine. Two much indulging in the last months…. So salads in the next weeks it is. This one is super, uber fast.
