About Recipe

Bread. It's really hard to describe what we like the most about it. Is it the smell, fluffy texture inside and crusty outside, or is it the cracking you hear when you take it fresh from the oven. I guess it's all. We have this kind of huge respect for people who make bread, you know, the artisan type of bread, the one you just can not wait to bring home and have a bite. When someone suggest we should make a fresh loaf, it's like music to our ears, because we love it all, from buying flour in the mill, preparing all the ingredients and the dough, baking it, waiting until it is finally ready for the first cut and mostly sharing it with others, who love it and appreciate it, as much as we do.
