This soup is quite special to us, because the process of creating this soup already began few months ago, when we planted those delicious peas. The recipe is simple, quick and comforting. It's perfect for a healthy midweek lunch or a starter. You can also make it with fresh or frozen peas, so it's great in all the seasons. We like to eat it plain, with sour cream or we add small pieces of grilled bacon in the winter. mmm, delicious!
