I love prosecco! It’s the perfect, summer, day-time tipple. When I heard there was a world shortage a few weeks ago, my internal emoji was Edvard Munch’s The Scream. Thankfully, we seem to have avoided that catastrophe, and I made up for it by celebrating with this delightful little treat.
