Sri Lankan Dry Fish Curry aka "Karawala Hodi" is a super easy and delicious, creamy, tangy and salty curry made with dried fish, coconut milk, and spices. Often pairs with coconut Sambol and rice.

Ingredients

100 g or a cup of dry fish cut into 2 cm pieces.

1/2 large shallot or 2 Asian shallots chopped

1 Garcinia Cambodia/ goraka

2 garlic cloves chopped
