Like many people, sometimes I like to eat my breakfast for dinner. A few times a year, I will have pancakes or waffles with dinner and a side of hash browns. This way, I don’t feel like I am missing out on delicious breakfast food. I really don’t see anything wrong with having breakfast food for dinner. In fact, I think it tastes better while the moon is just rising! This vegan chocolate chip pancake will make for a great brunch item this Sunday.
