Ingredients

Apricot 250gms

Sugar 60gms

Water 400ml

Fresh cream whipped and Chilled 50ml

Vanila Ice Cream 2cups softened

Swiss Roll 1packet

Vanilla Custard 2cups (375ml)

Cooking Procedure

1.Wash and soak the apricots in hot water overnight.n 2.Mash and stone the apricots. Break open the stone and remove the nuts.n 3.Cook the mixture of apricot until it starts thickening.n 4. Add sugar and cook for another 5 minutes.n 5. Allow the mixture to cool.n 6. Make two cups vanilla custard.n 7. Cut Swiss rolls into pieces and position decoratively on the edge of the bowl or in an individual serving glasses.n 8. Pour softened vanilla ice cream first.n 9. Place the bowl in the freezer until ice cream sets.n 10. Remove the bowl from freezer and spread apricots mixture.n 11. Pour evenly custard over the apricots layer.n 12. Decorate with whipped cream and nuts.n 13. Chill before serving!!
