Beet root 200gm

Puff pastry 250gm

Green 50gm

Mushroom Sauce 100ml

n Cut the beet root on slice and blanch it with salt water, saute the julion onion with seasoning, make the puff pastry round and cook it. Arrange the beet root slice on the puff pestry. and saute onion and julian carrot for the garnish and mushroom sauce arround the plate.nn for the sauce :-nn take the mushroom cut them and saute and add some vegetable stock and cook them well. Make paste in a mixer, and stain it. Put on the pan bring it on right sauce consultancy. n
