Ingredients

Orange Juice = 100ml

Vegetable stock water = 100ml

Carrot = 100gm

Seasoning = to test

Fresh Cream = 20ml

Orange Jest = just few

Cooking Procedure

n 1) Peel the carrot and cut into cube piecesnn 2) Saute them in olive oil with onion, garlicnn 3) Add to it the stock water and Orange juice.nn 4) Cook until carrot is cooked well.nn 5) Once done take off the fire and cool it. nn 6) Use the Mixer to make paste of itnn 7) Put it into Sauce pan, add seasoning and also some cream. Heat until the soup comes to boiln
