Ingredients

Cottage cheese = 100gm

Red/ Yellow bell pepper = 100gm

Mint leaf = 50gm

Coriander leaf = 50gm

Green chilly = 2nos

Salt = to test

Oil = 20cl

Cooking Procedure

n Cut the vegetables and cottage cheese into dices , and saute in the pan until cooked well. Mix  seasoning & sauce with the cooked vegetables. Serve hot.nn For the sauce nn Take coriander and mint leaf  along with green chili, add some seasoning to it and make paste of it in the mixer. Add salt and some oilve oil.n
