Carrot 75 GRAMS

Beans 50 GRAMS

Cauliflower 50 GRAMS

Green peas 50 GRAMS

American corn 35 GRAMS

Bell peppers 40 GRAMS

Thyme 5 GRAMS

Bchamel sauce 150 ML

Butter 50 GRAMS

Onion 20 GRAMS

Leeks 15 GRAMS

Celery 10 GRAMS

Salt 5 GRAMS

Amul Cheese 35 GRAMS

Asparagus 50 GRAMS

Black Olives 20 GRAMS

Cooking Procedure

n  nn Wash ,cut & blanch carrot , beans & cauliflower and keep aside.nn Dice bell peppers.nn Heat a pan  add butter, saute onion , leeks, celery,  add american corn, green peas, bell peppers and the blanched vegetables.nn  nn Cook well then add the bechamel sauce, cheese & seasoning. nn  nn Now place the vegetables in a serving bowl place asparagus spears on top & sprinkle cheese   and gratinate under salamender and Cook till golden brown .nn  nn Garnish with black olives & serve hot .n
