Ingredients

1 Chicken Breast

50 grams Mince Chicken

2 TBSP W Sauce

Salt & Pepper to taste

10 grams Chopped Garlic

10 grams Chopped Onions

1 TBSP Corriander Leaves

10 grams Oil

Egg Yolk

120 ml Brown Sauce

Cooking Procedure

n n Take Minced Chicken and add Chopped Onions, Chopped Garlic, W. Sauce, Pepper, Salt, Egg Yolk, Chopped Corriander to it. Mix the ingredients well and make a round ball of it.n n Cut the Chicken Breast into half like Butterfly shape.n n Spread it on a table and beet with the hammer to get good butterfly shapen n Put the minced Chicken mixture on the Chicken Breast and spread over it.n n Grill it on the Griller.n n Take a frying pan and add Brown Sauce to it. Put the Grilled Chicken in it and cook for 2 minutes.n n Take a serving plat arrange the exotic butter vegetables and arrange the chicken and serve hot.nn
