250 grams Beef Mince

120 grams Tomatoes Blanced & De-Seeded

30 Grams Chopped Garlic

Salt & Pepper to Taste

1 Table Spoon Paprica Powder

1/2 Table Spoon Dried Oregano

3 Table Spoons Olive Oil

40ml Red Wine

2 Table Spoon Worcester Sauce

300 Grams Spaghetti

1 Table Spoon Butter

Cooking Procedure

n Bolagnese Saucenn n Heat Olive Oil in a Fry Pan and Saute Chopped Garlic in it until it turns little brown.n n Add Chopped Onions and fry until they turn little brown.n n Add Minced Red Mean and saute until meat turns brownn n Add Wine, W-sauce, Spices, Tomato Concassse and simmer it for atleast 20 minutesnnn Spaghettinn n Bring water to boil in a cooking utensil and add Olive Oil, Salt, Spaghetti. Cook it for 9-12 minutes.n n After Spaghetti is cooked rinse it in cold water. Put it in the colander.n n Add Butter to a frying pan.n n Once the butter melts, add Spaghetti into the pan and toss well adding seasoning and oreganon n Add 3/4 of the Sauce into the Pasta Pan and mix well.n n Transfer Pasta to a bowl and add remaning Bolagnese Sauce on top of it.n n Garnish with Cilentro and server hot with Garlic Bread.nn
