Ingredients

2 cups thinly sliced mushrooms (about 4 ounces)

Basic Pizza Crust

2 Teaspoons Olive Oil

Basic Pizza Sauce

1.5 Cups (6 ounces) shredded Mozzarella Cheese

2 Tablespons grated fresh Parmesan Cheese

80 gms Pepperoni

n n Position one oven rack in the middle setting, another rack in the lowest setting, and place a rimless baking sheet on the bottom rack. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.n n Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium to high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add sliced mushrooms to pan, and saute for 5 minutes or until moisture evaporates.n n Take the Pizza crust and brush some Olive on the base, put the Sauted Mushroom on the base. Spread it over.n n Spread Basic Pizza Sauce in a even layer over crust, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Top Sauce with Mushrooms.n n Sprinkle Mushrooms evenly with Mozzrella and Parmesan.n n Arrange Pepperoni in an even layer on top of cheese. Bake on middle rack for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese melts.n n Cut into 12 wedges.nn
