Ingredients

100 grams Maida (White Flour)

45 grams Margarine

4 Mushrooms

Salt & Pepper to Taste

Water 50ml

2 TBSP White Sauce

Fresh Herbs Thyme for Flavour

1 TBSP Chopped Onions

1/2 TBSP Chopped Garlic

2 TBSP Olive Oil

1 Sprig Cilentro

Cooking Procedure

n Puff Doughnn n Make dough with Maida (White Flour), Margarine, Salt and Water. Keep it aside.n n Roll out the dough by applying margarine and fold it nicely. Keep the rolled dough aside for 5 minutes. n n Roll out the dough again like in the earlier step by applying Margarine. Keep it aside.n n Greese baking tray with Maragarine and pre heat the oven.n n Roll out the puff dough, cut it into roundals and arrange it on the baking tray.n n Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 C - 240 C temperature.nnn Mixturenn n Heat Oil in a sauce pan, add the chopped Garlic and saute, then add chopped Onions, cut Mushrooms. Mix the ingredients well.n n Add seasonings, white sauce and mix well.nnn Servenn n Transfer the baked vol-au-vents to a plate and add the mixture on top of it as shown in the picture. n n Garnish with Cilentro & Serve Hot.nn
