100 grams Chicken Mince

50 grams Onion Chopped

5 grams Small Carrot Pieces

2 grams Chopped Ginger

2 grams Chopped Garlic

1 TBSP Oyster Sauce

1/2 TBSP Sesame Oil

1/2 TBSP Sugar

Salt to Taste

Pinch of White Pepper

1 TBSP Spring Onion

1 TBSP Oil

Pinch of Ajinomoto

50 grams Maida

Little Hot Water

Cooking Procedure

n Fillingnn n Heat Oil in a frying pan and saute Chopped Garlic in it.n n Add Chopped Ginger, Onions, Carrot, Minced Meat and mix well. Cook till the meat is tender on low to medium heat.n n Add Seasonings, Oyster Sauce, Salt, Sugar, Ajinomoto, White Pepper and mix well.n n Add Spring Onions and keep it aside.nnn Dough Sheet & Steamingnn n Make dough with Maida adding Hot Water, Salt.n n Roll out he dough nicely with the rolling pin.n n Cut in Different Shapes as desired with the Cuttern n Put the fillin in the center and cover it by pressing the edges.n n Steam it for 15 minutes and serve Hot.nn
