30ml Olive Oil

10ml English Mustard

Salt to Taste

White Pepper to Taste

5gms Chopped Garlic

3 Lettuce Leaves

2-3 Butter Lettuce Leaves

1/4 Green Pepper

1/4 Yellow Pimento (Yellow

1/4 Red Pimento (Red Pepper)

5 Small Broccoli Florets

5 Cherry Tomatoes

1/4 zucchini

1/4 Squash (Yellow Zucchini)

2 Medium Carrots

2 Red Tomatoes

4 Mushrooms

1 Lemon

2 Tea Spoon W Sauce

3 Tea Spoon Normal Oil

1 Tea Spoon Dried Herbs(rosemary, thyme)

3 Black Olives

3 Pitted Olives Green

Cooking Procedure

n Chicken Grillingnn n Marinate the chicken with W Sauce, Mixed Herbs, Mustard paste, chopped Garlic, Oil & saltn n Leave it for 45 minutes.n n After 45 minutes Grill it and cut into small cubes.n n Keep it in the refrigerator when it comes down to the room temperature.nnn Saladnn n Cut all the vegetables in a fancy stylen n Boil Carrot, Braccoli, Mushroom adding 1  ltr water. Remove the cooked vegetables & keep aside.n n Take a mixing bowl add Olive Oil, Garlic, Cut Vegetables, Boiled Vegeteables, Lettuce Leaves ( cut into halves) , Chicken Cubesn n Mix well and add seasoning (salt, pepper, lemon juice) & garnish with the Olives & Cherry tomatoesn n  nnn  n
