About Recipe

You can find all kinds of seeds and gluten-free flour in my pantry. I’ve always liked to bake my own crispbread. It is a kind of relaxation for me to stand in my kitchen, mix the ingredients and try out various spices. The wonderful smell of freshly baked crisp bread is spreading over the whole apartment. This recipe for a crisp bread is completely gluten-free, vegan and really easy to make. You can eat it either as a breakfast bread with favorite toppings (E.g this one), instead of regular wheat crackers to a cheese board or just as a late afternoon snack at work when energy is running low. It is full of healthy energy because of all the seeds that are rich in fiber, omega-3 fats, but also B vitamins and minerals like iron, magnesium, zinc, calcium and phosphorus.
