About Recipe

Made using only fresh pomegranate juice from seeds, reduced to a thick, dark syrup. It is sweet yet sour, similar to balsamic vinegar, but the taste is much fruitier and you only need to use a little amount of it. Pomegranate molasses add depth and rich taste to all kinds of food. Perfect for fish, meat and great with vegetables and vegetarian stews. It can easily substitute vinegar, honey and even lemon juice in salad dressings. Try it in marinades, vinaigrettes, dressings and even flavor your cold drinks.
