Ingredients

fresh beetroot, peeled, chopped, boiled until softened

plain flour

dairy-free margarine

brown sugar

eggs

dark chocolate, roughly chopped

cocoa powder

baking powder

coconut oil

water from the beetroot

stevia syrup (optional)

desiccated coconut or grated dark chocolate to sprinkle on top
