I'm sure none of us are strangers to Oreo Truffles. I first made these about 4 years ago when my oldest was in pre-school. They're the easiest sweet treat to make...ever. Think Cake Pops, only easier (man, don't get me started) and faster...and minus the whole pop part.

Ingredients

Oreo Cookies

Neufchatel Cheese (or regular cream cheese)

Wilton's Candy Melts white chocolate (or any chocolate you prefer)
