For the past 4 months I have been in the routine of drinking one Orgain Sweet Vanilla Bean Protein shake each morning. Its only been four months but the differences in my weight and overall feelings are tremendous! I vowed to myself that I would start to live healthier by making small changes, and so far things are looking up!

Ingredients

Orgain Sweet Vanilla Bean Protein Powder

pumpkin puree

raw honey *add more if you want

ground, organic flax seed

pumpkin pie spice

unsweetened almond milk

About 8 ice cubes
