Today’s veg recipe-Soya Bean Potato Curry. Soybeans are protein rich and must eat legume for everyone due to its high nutritional values. I am a great fan of potato so made this curry with potato, It tasted awesome when we had it with phulkas last weekend. If you don’t want to add potato, skip it or add soy-chunks instead of potato. Try at least once and see how your kids and family loves to have it. Let’s see the recipe.

Ingredients

1 cup soya beans (Soaked in warm water for 8-10 hrs or overnight) 2 potatoes medium (cut into cubes.) 2 green chilly chopped finely 1 medium onion chopped finely 2 medium tomatoes chopped finely 1 ½ tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp coriander powder
