Another quick and easy dish - ginger sesame chicken salad! I'm on a salad roll lately. Probably because I did my Cardiology elective and I feel like a huge hypocrite if I eat fried foods while talking to my quadruple bypass patients.

Ingredients

soy sauce

grated ginger

hoisin sauce

sesame oil

Sriracha sauce

red wine vinegar

chopped green onions

boneless skinless chicken breasts

napa cabbage, thinly sliced crosswise

carrots, thinly sliced

slivered almonds, toasted

cilantro leaves, chopped

green onions

white and black sesame seeds
