Flavourful coconut biscuits with a crunch. The coconut cookies are made with atta and desiccated coconut. A healthy version of eggless coconut cookies
Ingredients
1 cup Flour/Atta
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Dedicated Coconut
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup ghee
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup milk
Cooking Procedure

In a bowl add flour/atta Next add desiccated coconut, sugar and salt

Add Ghee and vanilla essence Now add baking powder

Next add milk, little at once to get the dough together Cover the dough and rest for 15 minutes After 15 minutes, make small balls and flatten it slightly

Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius Bake for 30 minutes or till it turns completely brown
