Cocoa cake with chickpeas and delicious blackberries (gluten and dairy free)

Ingredients

400 g chickpeas

3 eggs

¾ cup brown sugar

½ teaspoon baking soda (gluten-free)

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa (gluten-free)

Cooking Procedure

n All ingredients should be at room temperature.We separate the egg white from the yolk. In a bowl, add egg yolks, chickpeas, baking soda, sugar, coconut oil, cocoa and lemon juice. All together, we mix until smooth. Separately Whip egg whites to stiff.  Add to bowl and mix slowly.nn During this time, we turn on the oven to 175 degrees C (350F), the mold lined with paper baking. At the end add the blackberries, stir gently and the whole put into a mold. Cake bake about 40 minutes. Cool it in the form. Cake tastes deliciously with the addition of coconut cream (if eat dairy products can use whipped sweet cream).n
