Healthy chocolate bread with chocolate chips, zucchini and yogurt.

Ingredients

2 cups gluten free flour

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup (70 g) coconut oil (or butter)

2 eggs

1 tsp baking soda (gluten free)

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 cups shredded zucchini (about 2 medium zucchini)

¾ cup of Greek yogurt

½ cup (100 g) chocolate peas or crushed chocolate (gluten free)
