Baked gluten-free mini donuts with pumpkin, cinnamon and ginger.

Ingredients

½ cup of brown sugar

½ cup oil

1 egg

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cup gluten free flour

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp ginger

1 tsp baking powder or baking soda (gluten free)

Cooking Procedure

n Mix the egg with the pumpkin, vanilla extract and oil. Add sugar. Sift flour with soda or baking powder, cinnamon and ginger. Mix all ingredients together.nn Bake donuts in a special machine (sth like a waffle maker) – mini donuts bake about 3-4 minutes. Or bake donuts in baking pan – preheat the oven to 360 F (180C) big donuts bake about 11 minutes. Baked donuts cool on a wire rack, then  prepare the topping.n
