This is high calorie food but its very tasty,if u want to reduce calories,use 0 cholesterol low fat bread,and use smart balance buttery spread made of flax seed or plant sterols instead of butter.

Ingredients

500gm chopped vegetables.

1 or 2tbs moong dal.

1/2cup chopped onions.

1cup chopped tomatoes.

1 green chilli.

1tsp gingergarlic paste.

1tsp chilli powder.

1tbsp coriander powder.

1/2tsp cumin powder.

1/2tsp garam masala.

1/2tsp aamchoor powder/dry mango powder.

salt to taste.

butter.

pav/bread.

2tbs oil.

1/2 bunch coriander leaves.

one lemon.

Cooking Procedure

n 1.chop vegetables of ur choice like potatoes,beans,capsicum,cauliflower,cabbage.nn 2.boil these vegetables along with moongdal and green chilli.nn 3.In 2tbsp oil,shallow fry ginger garlic paste and onions till they become soft.nn 4.add tomatoes and salt. .nn 5.Add all the powders.add little water to avoid burning of the masala powders.cook till oil seperates.nn 6.mash the boiled vegetables and add to the pan and cook for 5 min.nn 7.add tbsp of butter and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.nn 8.serve with hot bread fried with butter and chopped raw onions sprinkled with lemon.n
