n 1.Add onions, tomatoes,garlic,red chillies,turmeric,salt,tamarind,coriander and cumin seeds to a blender or mixie jar and blend to a fine paste.nn 2.Heat oil in a kadai and tamper with cumin,mustard seeds.nn 3.after they start spluttering,add chanadal,urad dal and curry leaves.nn 4.add the above blended mixture to this and cook on low flame till it looses raw odour.nn 5.take off the heat and serve with dosa.n
